Q: Are you original manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are an integrated corporation specialized in manufacturing and exporting.

Q. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from raw material to the very end product. Our factory has gained CE and ISO 13485 authentication. All parts and machines sold will be tested by the special QC Staff and then the parts and the machines will be with tight and proper pack before shipment.

Q: Can you supply related drilling tools?
A: Yes, we can supply full set of drilling tools, such as drill pipe, tricone bit, PDC bit, drag bit, DTH hammer and bit. Moreover, we have drilling equipments like mud pump, air compressor, etc. As well.

Q: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM.
Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation.
You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order.
We usually need 7-15 working days if we don't have the items in stock.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.
After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

Q: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: Normally we prefer 30% advance, 70% remaining payment before shipping by T/T.
